This is my original design, hand-painted with acrylic paints on a 51% beeswax candle. An ornate image of Christ enthroned is the central feature of this Paschal candle. The text on the banderole above His throne reads: “Christus vincit, Christus regnat, Christus imperat” which is translated: “Christ conquers, Christ reigns, Christ rules.” The Alpha and Omega are prominent features in the decoration of this candle, reminding us that Christ is the beginning and the end.
Incense grains will be provided with the candle.
The price of the blank candle is included in the total cost, since I will need to purchase it from my supplier. Blank paschal candles cost $75-$510, depending on the size! Please contact me if you have a blank paschal candle you wish to provide.
