Resurrexit Paschal Candle

This is an original design, hand-painted with acrylic paints on a 51% beeswax candle. Resurrexit is Latin for "He has risen!" This design features our Risen Lord seated in glory, bearing the wounds of His Passion and a banner that represents the Cross and His victory over death and sin. 

Incense grains will be provided with the candle.

Breakdown of Cost:

• The base price (to cover the labor) of the Alleluia Paschal candle is $240. It takes approximately 8 hours to paint. 
• The price of the blank candle is included in this price, since I have to purchase it from a manufacturer. The price ranges from $37 (for the 1-1/2" x 34") to $240 (for the 3"x 60."
